1. 我们的商品都是以"预购" 或 "现货 "的方式交易.
2. 恕不议价！成本高利沦低，以薄利多销的方式。一切价格已经非常便宜，所以不要谈判价格。
3. 所有商品价钱不包括运费。买家需支付100%的商品价钱和运费。
运费的计算是根据商品的数量/重量，和地区（西马/东马）。
所有商品是由POS LAJU派出。
4. 我们将会在星期一/星期三发货。
5. 汇款后，请发送手机短讯通知本店你的货号，面子书姓名，全名，汇款总数，银行和地址。方便我们容易处理。
6.除非顾客要购买的货品已经卖完，否则我们不接受顾客要求退款。
6.Refund are not acceptable except the product that you want to buy has been sold out.
7.我们有提供面交（之限于在槟岛的顾客），不过需要：
-配合我们的时间&地点
-先给半价
*面交时若没有出现，我们将当作你已经放弃你的货品。
面交只是在星期六。

Time:1-4pm
7.We do meet up with customer who stay Penang..
For customer who agree with meet up, have to:
1.Follow our time and place
2.Pay half price of the clothe(s)
*if u dun present during meet up,we wil treat as u hv give up ur goods..
We will onli meet our customers on Saturday
Location:Tar College,Gurney,Greenlane Mac D,Tesco tg.pinang
Time:1-4pm(subject to change)
8. 由于不同显示器设置，产品的颜色可能略有差异。我们将尽量明确地描述它。
8. Due to the difference monitor setting, item's color may slightly difference from actual product. We will describe it as clearly as possible.
9. 如果某产品被错误定价，或图片不搭， Season Closet 将有权拒绝或取消任何订单的产品。
9. In the case a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing or pictures,Season Closet will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product.
10. 购买的风险是全由买家承担。希望能接受以上所列出的条规的买家才下订单，以免事后发生不愉快的事件。
10. The risk of purchase is entirely borned by buyers, if you can't accept the term and conditions, please don't buy in order to avoid any unpleasant incidents that may occurred.
11.如收到的商品有少许线头/很小的污迹/太厚/太薄/色差/跟想象中的不一样/下过水褪色/小小的脱线/做工不精致/衣服太大或太小等。皆无法退换货。
11.Issues such as small stains, too thick or too thin of the materials,colours does not same with the picture, quality not good and size too big or small is NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
12.虽然我们的货品数量是充足的，但有时难免会卖到断货。要是遇上断货事件，我们会马上通知您，让您决定仍要该货品或要求退款。买家也可以选其他与货物相同价格的商品，好让替换断 货的物品。
12.Altought we have enough stock to back up,but sometimes stock may not available (we will only know when we place your order to supplier) .Buyers can choose either want to wait for the stock or demand a refund.Besides,buyers may choose other items with the same price to replace if out of stock.
13.预购商品将在下订单后的一个月才能收到。
13.Pre-order stocks will onli received 1 month after order has place.
14.包包的内层是不同的。网站上所说明的额外吊带是没有被保障的。
14.Inner layer of bags are different. Extra string or belt stated in website is not guaranteed.
15.一旦买家下单， 我们将任为您同意上述规则，而我们也将保留随时改变它的权利。
